QUALIFICATIONS
For over 25 years, Ms. Brozosky has worked in the industrial
and regulatory compliance consulting sector. In 1988, she founded
PTP Consulting, Inc. which now serves industry and municipalities
on environmental, safety and health issues. She brings extensive
plant experience and a common sense approach to audits and
consulting projects. She is a lead instructor for the Delaware
Chapter Certified Hazardous Materials Management Review Course,
and is past Chapter President of the Delaware Certified Hazardous
Materials Managers Chapter. Since 1997, Ms. Brozosky has been
contracted by the New Jersey State Safety Council for safety
and environmental consulting and training. Ms. Brozosky is
a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager with the National Institute
of Hazardous Materials Management and is a Certified Environmental,
Safety and Health trainer with the National Environmental Safety
and Health Trainers Association.

ombudsmen assistance program.
* Instructor and consultant for the New Jersey State Safety
Council.
* Project manager for a safety risk assessment for asbestos
at the Philadelphia International Airport.
* Conducted extensive studies on validity of regulatory compliance
reporting, including mass balance validation for air emission
statements and TRI reports, Title V potential to emit compilations,
hazardous waste inventories. Audited various facility programs
for hazardous materials shipments and have assisted in development
of shipping and receiving protocol. Audited shipping papers
and hazardous waste manifests.
* Instructor for the Certified Hazardous Materials Manager
Certification Course. Approved Right to Know instructor for
the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services. Provides
training for numerous clients with specialized needs, including
DOT HM 181 regulations, hazard communication, hazardous waste
operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER), hazardous waste
management, air regulation compliance, sustainable initiatives.
